Chems are messages from the Lavors and things they would say and can be classified in that way, but they are also the thoughts of people and Lavors are psychological in nature so then chems are the manifestation of the Lavors but are also chemical reactions in the brain by forces controlled by the Lavors beyond.
How do you make a chem, by finding single sentence attributed to the Lavors through these associations you can craft a chem, they can have visual images and if you think of one record it so that others can know or fear losing it yourself because their are thousands of chems.
How do you counter a chem? Simple , countering a chem requires an opposite chem but some chems require harder opposites as they are more difficult. All chems are counterable except neutral chems, so it is best to try making neutral chems , but how does one make a neutral chem by finding the opposite and middle crossing it ( Look at the middle cross page ).

Dark chems are dangerous because they hurt some because they contain negative properties, they can be cure with their opposite and neutral chems and hurt only by their contents alone, some people will explore them but they are best left for experience people because chems are useful for more than just therapy.
If you think of a chem and believe it then you used the chem, so believe the new chem but if they don't work its because your disbelief is another chem, so you must believe the other new chem but some wont think this true, so you must middle cross the chem because it is probably partially true.

One can combine chems to form compound chems, through the middle cross and opposites or simply chems of similar kinds, because every word is a chem and some are regrettably dark so it is good to explore new chems to uncover more ideas and therapies, Yet some can't think of any except the bad ones so then associate them with a Lavor and their opposite, here is an example:
Say someone feels they have no friends , they should tell themselves they do have friends, but they don't text them, then perhaps you should text them so you can hang out with them, but what if they don't like me, one asks, then think to ensure if that's even true, if it is, you deserve actual friends so go find some and if it isn't text them.

Both ostriches and trees are the same, both are tall, but put themselves in the ground, even if that is a myth because when they die some are buried, both have webbed feet and lay eggs but aren't the same until an ostrich becomes a tree in decomposition and death therefore ostrich + death = tree.
