It is necessary to help refugees since they can if unaided
come back angry, but they can be a danger if let in with the wrong intent.
Further they can be a problem for the citizens because they can replace jobs or
further change laws one does not want changed by their majority. How do we
resolve this problem in a true way instead of a right or wrong way? Even then,
how will we resolve the fact that people don’t always change, some want peace
and some want war or even just to flee war, there is a right and wrong way to,
and still is there a true way that goes beyond?
Beginning with employment overwhelm, the refugees can supply
their own living with some help from the citizens, this will form communities
that should be open for the public, but there will still be a fear of
overtaking by the refugees who stay or desire to. Citizenship should be
available only if there is room for them (more on culture differences follows),
otherwise we will help rebuild their homeland as it must be temporary (until
the fight clears). As that is expensive it should be done through volunteers.
To ensure that the refugees coming into the country are not
coming with the wrong intent, we should begin by describing what the country is
like and what it contains. Still to ensure that they are telling the truth they
must take a lie detector test, but given the option to take the test with the
effect being wich country accepts them. There should be four places to go, one
that is like their world but in a time of relative peace, a place where they
must take a lie detector test and one without and lastly a chance to go home if
they don’t like it there, but all must be cost effective means. This will limit
the wrong intents in the wrong places, but they will need to protect the lie
detectors as they will be attacked, so they must be on the move but stopping a
designated places.
For the problem of families committing acts undesired in the
other countries, we should warn the parents about the temptations and freedoms
for the sake of their children (because if a child grows up outside of the west
they are significantly less likely to break family tradition). Explaining to
them that in the western countries difference is okay because you might not
change and the same goes for them, but some do change as well and that’s okay
in the west. Show the parents a photo of what their child could end up wearing,
gender based so not to offend so they truly understand. Remind them that rights
are different in other countries, for adults and children, that they may face
consequences for their actions just as we would in theirs, test if they accept
that for certainty. If they do they are given a visa of sorts to ensure limited
records of their whereabouts and identification.
However, people will attack the detectors. So the people who
want to leave will need limited weaponry and a way to signal help such as
white. The security should be high to protect the detectors. They should also
search individuals for extra weapons (which should be separated from them upon arrival).
This will protect the people as best we can. However, this will also mean
temporary separation of families and friends, so they should be given
identification and united later.
However since that does not sort out the problem of war, it
would be best to have places of peace and war on both sides and a way to flee
in accordance with both sides. This would mean a place to invade called a place
of battle and places we simply do not touch with war. We could also let those
who want to try fleeing live within the lands of battle and the world would
then have places of fight and rest and so peace in general, with eternal war.
Still people will try to invade the lands of peace, so they must be guarded
well by one of two militaries.
No one wants to change their ways of life, most people want
peace and prosperity, some do however want war, and others want to flee for
their life. All are correct in desire because they all sprout from the mind, so
they are all incorrect because they conflict, therefore until they exist
together as parsense they must be wrong since without compassion there is only
hate.
Some will not want to move and should desire that for both
sides, so it must be done in unpopulated areas such as parts of the desert and
forests, rather far from populations. This will ensure a place of violence for
those who desire it, but some will try invading past the line. So we should
build holes around the battlegrounds and security on the side of peace.
Some people do in fact just want to flee because that can be
fun even when it is dangerous, but unfortunately they are in hell because no
one lets them flee because they think it odd or ridiculous when it is just a
way of life. We should let them flee from wherever they wish, because in cases
where there is no issue they deserve to flee even if it is dangerous. In this
way they can be in heaven , running from danger, still in certain cases we can’t
afford to let them come and go and in some places they aren’t aloud to, but we
can let them produce their own way and offer limited help
Now even so, there are some who don’t want my idea because
they want the other way, still some likely do want my idea , so then give those
who want the old way what they want ( a place like the old ) and give those who
like the new way that, this way they are both happy, but some will want to do
the wrong in the places of peace so I guess there are lie detectors at the
front gates of that part but give them a chance too to live well and happily in
peace.
Regrettably , those who want to live in peace will have to suffer a little because some might want to attack the peace, so they must make one sacrifice of something they enjoy in a circle ( meaning one week they get it , weekend one they almost get it, the next week they don't and second weekend they get half ). You can also accept circle smoking , this would be ensured by a new kind of job. This is also required to enter the part, but you will also have to test the honesty of the sacrifice with a lie detector and if you lie to many times they wont let you in for a while.
People want to stay the same and are in hell when they are
forced to change, some will change if they get what they want but some just don’t
want to change so give them what they want and what you want, in this way all
can be heaven instead of hell.
